These are the legal terms to be able to issue a refund of the total amount that you have paid in your order.

A. You placed an order, but editing/selection hasn't started yet: If the editor in charge hasn't started editing/selection, we can issue a full refund.

B. You placed an order and started the photo editing/selection: If the editor has started, we can stop the process and issue a partial refund of 50% of the total order, converted into a gift card to redeem for future services on www.behattan.com

C. You completed an order, but there is a problem with the edit: Refunds can be issued only if we are first notified of the problem and are unable to provide a satisfactory, fair and timely resolution.

D. If your edits don't look quite right, you should contact us as soon as possible. We stand by the quality of our work and believe that our clients should never go back to editing their images.

E. We respect deadlines: Photographers have their own deadlines to meet, so we make sure corrections are handled with the highest priority, usually within 24 hours or less during business hours Monday-Friday.

Absolutely! Of course, the images remain yours and you retain full ownership of them forever.

Only USA customers are subject to sales tax. If your company is based somewhere else in the world, you will not be charged any sales tax.

We currently issue invoices in USD. If you are outside of the US, the default value will be USD$.

We accept Visa, MasterCard. You can also pay by Paypal or Venmo. Payments are made "per order" and the payment process is similar to most of online service providers.

It is not necessary but if you create an account with your email you will be able to see your orders and payments from your dashboard. We recommend that you create your account.

BeHattan Profile: Pick one of the four BeHattan Profiles that matches better with your editing style and we'll get down to work on your photos. BeHattan is the best option if you don't have a predefined style, you can select one of the BeHattan Profiles with these settings included. On our website you currently have three services published, editing with Personal Profile, editing with BeHattan Profile and Culling. You simply have to select the type of edition you need, select the Quantity Package that best suits the images that you will deliver to your client and add to the cart.

Automatically a form will appear where we will ask you for information about your order. When you have completed it, the order will be added to the cart and then you can make the payment. The system will automatically send you an email with a file upload link to your private dropbox folder.

Culling consists of reducing a large volume of images to a smaller selection. Usually the photographers will send us a catalog with everything that has been shot at a wedding. We will review and select the best shots so you don’t have to invest your time in doing the picking. To select orders, we require a Lightroom catalog with smart previews.

Tell us how many photos would you like to end up with from the sent batch and how do you want us to label those (flag, color, star, etc.). Culling price is based on how many images you send us in the batch.

In your first order in the BeHattan Profiles option, we will send you a selection of 20 images to make sure that you agree with the edition that we are going to make.

If you want to place an order with your Personal Profile, we will have to previously discuss on your profile settings.
